We are pleased to announce the launch of www.BachHarpsichord.com. Here, you will find Bradley Brookshire’s integral series of recordings of the harpsichord music of Johann Sebastian Bach, as each recording is released. Alongside Bach’s works, Mr. Brookshire will also release recordings of the works of Bach’s circle, including those composers who influenced Bach strongly –– his contemporaries and forebears –– and those of the generation of keyboard composers that Bach trained.

"His performance resembles no other harpsichord rendition in its range of colours and articulation...a rare combination of spontaneous freesom, contrapuntal transparency and a clear sense of purpose and direction...this dramatic and impassioned performance can be strongly recommended." - December 2007 |

The second release, The Art of the Fugue, is now available exclusively through www.BachHarpsichord.com. The same team behind the French Suites recording –– producer Joseph Ferry and audio engineer/editor Pete Romano –– are now joined by editor Jonathan Jetter and graphic designer Douglas Laing. Together, they have produced the first Art of the Fugue release to provide both a traditional audio recording and a CD-ROM version which displays a full score while playing MP3s of the audio version. |
